Michael Baker International seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead disaster recovery and survivor assistance programs nationwide. You will oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, and contract requirements, coordinating with federal agencies and clients to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership in fast-paced environments, deep FEMA program knowledge, and the ability to manage complex programs from planning through closeout, including DCMP and IA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role overseeing disaster recovery programs.
• Minimum of five years managing FEMA IA programs or DCMP.
• Experience managing large-scale recovery programs.
• Strong knowledge of FEMA programs, policies, and procedures.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall project management for disaster recovery and survivor programs.
• Lead project implementation and operational execution activities.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with client objectives and contract requirements.
• Manage risks, identify operational challenges, and suggest corrective actions to maintain project success.
• Assist with business development and proposal support with technical writing.
