gpac in Troy, MI seeks two Construction Project Managers to lead construction engineering and inspection teams on public infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction PM experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and familiarity with MDOT specs and FieldManager/FieldBook.

Michigan PE preferred; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience on public infrastructure.
• PE preferred (Michigan PE or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Working knowledge of MDOT specifications and LAP project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction engineering/inspection on road, bridge, water main, sewer and stormwater projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and staffing of field inspection teams.
• Serve as the main contact for municipal, county and MDOT clients, contractors and agencies.
• Oversee contract administration: pay estimates, change orders, RFIs, submittals and quantity tracking.
• Ensure QA/QC, documentation and compliance with plans, specs and State/Federal requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and support new business.
