Responsibilities
Draft, coordinate, and distribute meeting notices and public notices.
Ensure required timelines, distribution channels, and documentation are maintained.
Maintain an organized archive of final notices and publication records.
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases and program announcements.
Serve as a designated media contact and respond to media inquiries.
Coordinate cross-department communication alignment.
Skills
Strong communication, public relations and documentation skills
In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks for public programs
Ability to analyze complex regulations and implement practical solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Education
