Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Services, Housing Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Two years housing management experience required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; NAHRO or HUD-certified preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned site(s), including lease enforcement and rent collection.
Supervises property management, maintenance, and support personnel; ensures HUD and local compliance.
Manages annual site-based budgets and reviews purchase orders and contractor payments.
Coordinates with Admissions and Maintenance to address capital needs and inspections.
Maintains positive community relations and ensures occupancy targets.
