Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HUD-approved certification must be obtained within 15 months of hire.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and report-writing abilities.
• Experience in public housing or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection, occupancy, and tenant documentation.
• Supervise housing staff and coordinate with maintenance and FIA workers as needed.
• Prepare reports for senior staff and HUD pertaining to occupancy and residents.
• Ensure compliance with HUD programs and PHAS requirements.
• Interact with residents and the public to resolve issues and enforce policies.
