Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy/transformation consulting.
• Experience translating customer needs into deliverables and briefs.
• Experience creating executive communications and visuals (one-pagers, slick sheets).
• Experience in stakeholder engagement across large, diverse groups.
• Experience supporting program management (reporting, finances, operations).
• Must be US citizen and able to obtain public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to a federal organization to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency.
• Collaborate with senior level clients to shape and execute strategy, including stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution.
• Prepare and facilitate client meetings and synthesize data into high-level outputs.
