Qualifications

• Must have current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience in a dental clinic or community setting.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a dental program.
• Willingness to travel to outlying clinics as needed (Volusia County).

Responsibilities

• Supervise clerical staff, dental assistants and dental hygienists at the Daytona Beach Dental Clinic.
• Plan and coordinate training and activities of the dental staff.
• Ensure compliance with state standards, activity reporting and patient confidentiality.
• Manage scheduling and clinic operations for the Daytona Beach Dental Clinic.
• Coordinate with West Volusia Hospital Authority (WVHA) contract and DOH-Volusia, represent the agency at meetings.
