Job summary

The incumbent reports to the Health Services Manager B-SES and will focus on hiring, performance evaluation, training, and disciplinary actions to uphold public health

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with authority to hire, transfer, promote, and discipline employees.
• Knowledge of dental clinic operations and Eaglesoft software proficiency.
• Understanding of managed care guidelines and billing processes.
• Ability to manage staff scheduling and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strong communication and community partnership skills.
