Job summary

Civicworks is seeking a Public Health Services Manager D-SES to lead the Division of Disease Control and Health Protection in Pinellas County. The role oversees immunization programs, hepatitis outreach, TB control, and refugee health initiatives, reporting to the Disease Control Director.

The incumbent will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate disease surveillance, and ensure compliance with all regulations and CDC standards, aligning operations with public health goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional program management.
• Knowledge of communicable diseases, immunization practices, and clinic workflow.
• Ability to supervise, plan, organize and oversee resources and budget control.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Master's in Public Health or equivalent with three years of program management preferred.
