Job summary

The incumbent will conduct provider visits, compile reports, and coordinate with the EDM-IS team to improve immunization coverage and compliance with CDC standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct VFC program provider visits and quality assurance reviews.
• Promote immunization coverage and provide education to staff and providers.
• Prepare reports, audits, and surveys and distribute findings.
• Utilize SHOTS and HMS systems to collect and input data.
• Assist with immunization services and vaccine accountability.
