Qualifications

• Three years of experience in health or human services work applying theories, principles, and practices that assist individuals, families, or communities.
• Six months of experience in health or human services program administration including oversight, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
• Six months of experience developing policies and procedures.
• Six months of experience in staff supervision including planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating work of others.
• Knowledge of budget management and control including monitoring and projecting budgets within set policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates multiple health programs.
• Brings program managers together to lead division-wide initiatives and cross-program projects.
• Represents the Division of Public Health on coalitions and workgroups.
• Builds partnerships, monitors performance measures, and recommends improvements to leadership.
• Supports accreditation efforts and assists with the State Health Assessment and State Health Improvement Plan.
