Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least three years in public health administration with direction of programs, services, budgets, and staff.
• Three years in public health planning with data analysis to develop strategies.
• Three years in developing policies and procedures.
• Three years in operations management with supervision.
• Six months in strategic planning with outcome measures.
• Six months in contract management and grant management.

Responsibilities

• Directs state-wide programs, staff and fiscal activities within a Bureau.
• Reviews policies and procedures and initiates changes.
• Develops and coordinates health-related activities across programs.
• Attends meetings and represents the Division of Public Health.
• Develops new programs and performance measurement strategies.
• Prepares reports and oversees reporting functions.
