Great Plains Tribal Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide high-level support for Public Health initiatives. The role involves coordinating project activities, assisting with report writing, data collection, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree with related experience or an allied qualification, and be able to pass background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience or Associate’s with 3 years of experience or high school/GED with 5 years of progressive experience.
• Must pass criminal/background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Tribal preference policy applies; qualified Indian/Tribal candidates given preference.
• Employment contingent upon criminal background checks and health screening/immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct project activities with program staff, community members and other stakeholders.
• Provide training, technical assistance, and implementation of program initiatives.
• Assist in writing a variety of reports including progress, annual, and internal reports.
• Assist with data collection and evaluation efforts at participating sites.
• Maintain program files and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support budget maintenance, travel arrangements, and logistics for trainings and meetings.
