Kaiva Tech, LLC in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Public Health Program Specialist to support FDA-related program execution on site. The role emphasizes coordinating with FDA components, preparing briefing materials, and managing complex public health projects.

The ideal candidate will monitor information sources, analyze public health data, and help design processes and SOPs to improve outcomes while coordinating with stakeholders across agencies.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in a health care organization, public health agency or community program performing administrative or program management duties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsabilidades

• Apply expertise in public health statutes and stakeholder engagement to guide program activities.
• Serve as a liaison, coordinating briefings and managing oversight inquiries from HHS, Congress, GAO, OIG, and others.
• Perform and/or integrate highly complex professional services in several operational, functional, or organizational areas.
• Design and conducts studies, analyses, research; provide expert professional and consulting services; and prepare presentations and recommendations.
• Provide expert guidance on precedent-setting oversight issues; coordinate with OCC or others as needed.
• Monitor organizational dashboards to track performance trends and resource needs.
