The role involves supervising staff, budget oversight, and collaboration with leadership to drive program excellence and equity across health services in Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field; 3+ years in public health, program coordination, or health education.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating program activities.
• Knowledge of state and federal public health requirements and grant management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff including coordinators and specialists.
• Act as SME for public health domains such as chronic disease, infectious disease, or maternal and child health.
• Oversee multiple programs ensuring alignment with grant requirements and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership in policy development and strategic planning.
• Monitor program outcomes with qualitative and quantitative data for efficacy and equity.
• Oversee budget planning, fiscal reporting, and resource allocation.
