Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) coordinates public health promotion projects as part of the Community Health Services, working with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to plan and execute initiatives across Alaska.

Under general direction, the role emphasizes project planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and data reporting, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and align with sponsor terms; strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a health-related field.
• Four (4) years of health program or wellness experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and implementation as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee day-to-day management of public health promotion project activities and logistics.
• Coordinate project team and external partners to meet project milestones.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, partners, and advisory groups.
• Develop detailed work plans, monitor budgets and invoicing, and track project data.
