Qualifications

• Strong, verbal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Sites, Forms, Docs, Sheets and Drive.
• Time management, organization, planning and organizational skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Working towards a degree and strong desire to develop beyond the classroom.
• Experience in program management or coordination including volunteer/internship and campus-based experience.
• Experience (including volunteer/internship), coursework, or interest in public health, children’s health, or environmental health.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying and prioritizing schools and child care facilities for lead testing based on need and using a health equity lens.
• Support outreach and communication with schools and child care facilities to increase awareness and participation.
• Develop and update educational materials and program resources.
• Provide technical assistance to facilities throughout the enrollment and testing process.
• Track program participation, outreach activities, and other key program metrics.
• Assist with data management, including developing and improving tools used to track program activities.
• Review program data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team on new ideas and strategies to strengthen the program.
