• Maintain organized records for contracts, invoices, budgets, and expenditures.
• Provide financial analysis and resolve budget and contractual issues.
• Serve as primary point of contact for contractual/financial matters.
• Monitor financial correspondence, reports, and operational updates.
• Use independent judgment to troubleshoot challenges and propose solutions.
