Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience with HIV/STD prevention or PHFU services.
• Experience with program monitoring, compliance and evaluation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates regional HIV/STD and DSHS programs and develops evaluation techniques.
• Plans on-site and desktop evaluations and provides technical assistance.
• Tracks program performance and prepares reports for managers.
• Supports contract management and budget oversight for program activities.
