Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional experience in research, grants, contracts, budgets, operations, and/or project management is preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in public administration, research, health and/or psychological sciences, business administration, IRB, or a related field is generally preferred.
• Registrations, Licensure Requirements or Certifications: None, but Project Management, CTCM, CTCD, and/or grant or research-related certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees grant applications, contracts, budgets, and evaluation plans to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Coordinates cross-functional workgroups to develop program objectives, contracts, statements of work, and budgets.
• Responds to internal and external requests for information and supports grant funders and agency leadership.
• Develops and reviews policies, procedures and rules to meet grant and contract procedures and federal guidelines.
