Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health or related field.
• Doctorate in physical, biological, environmental science or public health.
• Three years of full-time research experience for higher assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Bureau of Queens Neighborhood Health team on daily tasks, meetings, reports, and priorities.
• Assist with research, literature reviews, and memos on anti-racist public health practice and neighborhood health strategies.
• Liaise with the Deputy Commissioner’s team and support division operations, policy, press, and racial equity efforts.
• Organize deliverables, metrics, and reports with a racial equity lens.
• Lead special projects as requested by the Assistant Commissioner.
