Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public affairs, public administration, health policy or related field required.
• Minimum one year of experience analyzing legislative bills, tracking and monitoring required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with state agency rules preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the HPCDP Section under the Section Director.
• Coordinate legislative tasks, bill analysis, inquiries, and fiscal notes.
• Track and monitor legislative activities and assist in hearings and rulemaking.
• Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures for the Section.
• Collaborate with CHI division and other liaisons on legislative assignments.
• Prepare for legislative hearings and briefings and support disaster response readiness.
