Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public affairs, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience analyzing legislative bills, tracking, monitoring.
• Experience in state agency rules preferred.
• Strong bill analysis and tracking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate legislative tasks and provide bill analysis and tracking.
• Prepare cost estimates for bill implementations with finance analyst.
• Assist in preparing for public hearings and briefings.
• Develop and review rules and guidance related to statutes.
• Provide leadership and coordinate cross‑team activities.
