Responsibilities

• Promote healthy behaviors and assist communities to adopt better nutrition practices.
• Collect and analyze data to identify community nutrition needs and plan programs.
• Counsel and develop care plans for women, infants, and children at risk.
• Record SOAP notes in electronic medical records and coordinate with providers.
