Job summary

• Case management of moms and babies.
• Collaborate with other community agencies.
• Perform TB tests and readings.
• Aid in planning and working community flu clinics.
• Coordinating educational programs and trainings when needed.
• Connect clients with other services as needed.
• Perform other Public Health Nurse duties as assigned.
