Eagle County Government is seeking a Nurse Home Visiting Supervisor to lead the Nurse Family Partnership and Family Connects programs in a public health setting in Colorado. The role combines professional nursing leadership with program development, data analysis, and community engagement.

The position offers stable day-time hours, supervision of a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities to mentor staff while advancing health equity in Eagle County.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Colorado required.
• BSN from an accredited college or university required.
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of maternal/child health, public health, home visiting or mental/behavioral nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required and valid Colorado driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Oversee NFP and Family Connects program delivery and fidelity.
• Supervise and develop nursing and paraprofessional staff.
• Analyze data and monitor metrics to drive quality improvement.
• Collaborate with community partners to address health access disparities.
