The Cuyahoga County Board of Health is seeking a Public Health Nurse Program Manager to lead immunization and reproductive health services across the lifespan in clinic and community settings. This full-time, bargaining position reports to the Public Health Nurse Supervisor and is expected to start around November 30, 2026.

The role requires a nursing degree, Ohio RN license, CPR, and several years of public health experience.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in nursing and valid Ohio RN license with CPR.
Minimum three years of public health nursing experience, or five years with an Associate’s degree, or one year with a Master’s degree.
Valid driver's license and insurance at time of appointment.
Ability to multi-task daily.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
Strong customer service and communication; presentation skills; cultural competence.

Mansioni

Provide immunization and reproductive health services to clients across the lifespan in clinic and community settings.
Direct patient care duties include vaccinations, HIV/STI testing, counseling, education and referrals.
As team leader, develop and implement programs; assist in budgeting and grant opportunities.
Train staff and provide technical assistance related to clinic or program functions.
Manage inventory and maintain supplies per procedures.
Participate in quality assurance and community outreach initiatives.
Develop reports from databases for internal and external customers.
Collaborate with partners on special projects and participate in public health emergency activities.
