Cuyahoga County Board of Health is seeking a Public Health Nurse to monitor the healthcare needs of county residents, administer nursing care in clinics, communities, or schools, and educate clients on wellness and disease prevention. Candidates must have an Associate's degree in nursing, an Ohio RN license with CPR, at least one year of related experience, and strong communication skills.

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Active Ohio RN license with CPR certification.
• At least one year of related nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurance at appointment.
• Ability to multi-task daily and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor healthcare needs of county residents and deliver nursing care in clinics, communities or schools.
• Educate clients on general wellness and disease prevention.
• Administer screenings and vaccinations where applicable.
• Provide case management and coordinate referrals for services.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
