Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing and 3 years of nursing experience.

Current Georgia RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, supervision, and support to professional clinical and administrative staff.
Plan, implement, manage, and evaluate public health programs and clinical services.
Monitor program performance, staffing, budgets, and fiscal processes to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, clinical standards, and organizational policies.
Promote quality assurance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to strengthen public health initiatives.
Assess community health needs and collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that improve health outcomes.
Participate in emergency preparedness and public health response activities as needed.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports employee development and exceptional customer service.
