Responsibilities

• Infectious disease control, contact tracing, and education of affected individuals and communities.
• Administer immunizations in clinics, schools, and community settings.
• Coordinate screening, treatment, and follow-up for TB cases and assist with emergency preparedness.
• Implement family home visiting models to support healthy pregnancy outcomes and caregiver well-being.
• Connect individuals and families to housing, food, mental health, and social services; advocate for equitable access.
