Job Overview

The Public Health Department of the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas is seeking a full‑time RN to work in the Clinical Services Division. Primary work areas will be in Family Planning, STD/STI testing and treatment, prenatal education/Case Management, and limited training in the immunization clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the above areas.
• Work in a team setting, exercise good nursing judgment, and serve a diverse client population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and licensed to practice nursing in the state of Kansas.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with diverse client populations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Compensation and Hours

• Full‑time, 40‑hour week Monday to Friday, includes Wednesday evening clinic.
