You will coordinate QC/QA activities, maintain SOPs, and support laboratory safety culture while providing top-tier customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology; or an Associate's degree with related coursework.
• Minimum three years in a clinical, research, environmental or public health lab.
• Minimum three years in quality assurance activities.
• Three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees Specimen Logistics Group and Courier Coordinator activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manages specimen acceptability reviews and ensures proper demographic information.
• Provides customer service to internal and external customers and supports CQI projects.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirements and maintains SOPs.
