Job summary

MD in Baltimore, MD, seeks a full‑performance laboratory scientist in Environmental Sciences to perform and report tests on environmental/food samples using approved methods. You will analyze results and contribute to public health initiatives with accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a science field and at least two years of lab experience, with preferred expertise in PCR and MALDI-TOF systems and ISO/IEC 17025 context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Genetics, Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medical Technology, Pharmacy or Zoology.
• Two years of experience performing analytical tests in chemistry or public health laboratories.
• Ability to perform test results using FDA, EPA, CDC or Standard methods.

• Perform, analyze, interpret and report test results on environmental and/or food samples.
• Use approved FDA, EPA, CDC and/or Standard methods for testing.
• Support public health initiatives through accurate laboratory work and reporting.
