Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, public administration, or related field.
• Experience coordinating grants, budgets, data collection, reporting, or funder communications is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evolving grants focused on priority public health areas (opioid use disorder, cancer screening, accreditation, infectious disease surveillance).
• Develop and monitor workplans, budgets, data collection, reporting, and funder communications for multiple grants.
• Design workflows and strategic approaches to meet grant-specific objectives.
• Support quality improvement efforts and track relevant measures.
• Collaborate with Health Access Project Coordinator and department teams on promotional materials and campaigns.
• Represent the department at coalition or planning meetings and engage external partners as needed.
• Exercise independent judgment to resolve project challenges and ensure timely completion.
