Job summary

Christian Community Health Center is seeking a Grants Development Coordinator to identify funding opportunities, coordinate grant applications, and support proposal development.

You will manage pre-award activities, maintain calendars, and coordinate input from program and finance teams to ensure timely funder submissions. This role requires strong grant-writing skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, or Nonprofit Management.
• Ability to write persuasively and translate data into clear narratives for funders.
• At least three years of grantsmanship and experience with funding organizations.

Responsibilities

• Research federal, state, local, foundation, corporate, and private funding opportunities.
• Monitor funding announcements from HRSA, HHS, SAMHSA, HUD, state agencies, and foundations.
• Coordinate development of grant applications from concept through submission.
• Draft and edit narratives, needs statements, and project budgets with writers.
• Ensure proposals demonstrate community need, organizational capacity, outcomes, and impact.
• Coordinate budget information and alignment with approved narratives.
