City of Abilene, Texas is seeking a Computer Technician to maintain and support the ATCPHD data network infrastructure and EHR system. The role serves as the super-user for the EHR and related public health software, providing user training, reports, and data integrity oversight.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking, while supporting data quality, system security, and documentation workflows.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher in IT, health IT, or related field preferred.
• Experience with EHR or healthcare information systems preferred.
• Experience with troubleshooting and end-user training preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy preferred.
