Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in public health or closely related field.
• Three years of professional experience in health education; two years in planning and developing health education programs.
• Ability to develop and deliver health education programs and materials.
• Knowledge of cannabis-related health issues and prevention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assess community health education needs and plan, develop, implement and conduct tobacco prevention and cannabis education programs.
• Lead development and implementation of cannabis prevention initiatives and healthy decision making.
• Deliver targeted trainings to staff, healthcare providers, parents, students, and community organizations.
• Create and distribute evidence-based educational materials addressing cannabis risks and prevention.
• Conduct outreach at events and advise schools and partners to enhance prevention efforts.
• Track program effectiveness using pre/post testing and performance measures.
