Qualifications

• RD certification current with CDR required.
• Master’s degree in nutrition required for graduates after Jan 2024.
• Experience in health services for pediatric, perinatal and or chronically ill patients desirable.
• Computer experience and experience with various programs required)
• Knowledge of the WIC Program preferred.
• Completion of the Hawaii WIC training requirements within 6 months of hire is required
• A valid Driver’s License and daily access to an automobile preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to high-risk pediatric and perinatal clients.
• Develop curriculum and program management for public health/disease management programs, health personnel, patients, and community groups.
• Determine WIC eligibility according to Hawaii WIC Program regulations via the HiWIC MIS system.
