Community Medical Centers, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead WIC nutrition education and counseling across sites. You will develop individualized care plans, support high-risk participants, and document outcomes in the WIC system.

This role requires collaboration with the care team, breastfeeding support, and travel to assigned site locations. A Master’s in nutrition and RD/eligibility are required, with perinatal CPSP experience preferred.

Formación

• Master’s degree in nutrition/dietetics and completed supervised practice.
• RD or eligibility to register; pass exam within 6 months of start date.
• At least 1 year perinatal experience preferred for CPSP.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group nutrition education to WIC participants.
• Counsel high-risk participants with evidence-based MNT plans.
• Document care plans and progress in WIC documentation system daily.
• Screen eligibility for WIC and issue food benefits as needed.
• Train and mentor CMC staff; support breastfeeding initiatives and lactation resources.
• Travel to multiple WIC sites; collaborate with care teams to coordinate care.
