Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services seeks a Public Health Analyst I to perform broad data management and help desk activities for the NHSN Surveillance Branch, supporting DHQP vaccine surveillance efforts.

Responsibilities include handling Level 1 help desk tickets, assisting facilities with NHSN enrollment, and providing technical assistance to epidemiologists and infection preventionists. Strong data management skills and familiarity with SAMS/NHSN are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in program analysis, public health, healthcare, or related field.
• CDC Public Trust Clearance ability to obtain/maintain.
• Experience with NHSN enrollment and data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 help desk support (Facilities Enrollment) for NHSN with ~200 emails/day.
• Assist users in obtaining digital credentials via SAMS.
• Enroll facilities in NHSN as needed and triage Level 2 support.
