Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a Public Health Analyst I to carry out data management and help desk activities for the DHQP Vaccine Surveillance Branch, including Level 1 support for Facilities Enrollment and NHSN communications.

The role emphasizes technical assistance, documentation, and participation in CDC response exercises under the DHQP Team Lead, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, or related field.
• Ability to obtain CDC Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience with NHSN or public health data systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 help desk support for Facilities Enrollment and NHSN-related inquiries.
• Assist users in acquiring digital credentials via SAMS and enroll facilities in NHSN as needed.
• Triage Level 2 issues to SMEs and maintain user support documentation.
• Support CDC response activities and participate in training exercises under the DHQP Team Lead.
