Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for programs or contracts requiring data collection, validation, analysis or monitoring.
• Perform process reviews and program evaluations with recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical staff, contractors, and partners to ensure data alignment with best practices.
• Serve as a technical consultant for data requirements and performance measurement.
• Conduct research and statistical analysis across diverse data types to support program goals.
• Implement mixed-methods research approaches and communicate findings clearly.
• Prepare presentations, technical briefs, and grant deliverables.
• May perform other duties as required.
