Job summary

Douglas County Nebraska seeks a leader to direct the STI and Immunization clinics, providing guidance, technical assistance, and policy development to achieve program goals.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with the Clinic Supervisor, ensure clinic readiness, and maintain compliance with federal/state laws and best practices while coordinating training and logistics. Strong nursing/health administration background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RN or NP with Nebraska license or compact state license at hire.
• Two years MSOffice experience.
• Two years immunizations and/or sexual health experience preferred.
• One year supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• One year EHR experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Pre-employment criminal record check, physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor STI and Immunization clinic operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and best practices in immunization and STI fields.
• Maintain clinic readiness, staffing, scheduling and offsite pop-up clinics.
• Oversee CureMD EHR documentation and reporting; manage clinic billing system.
