Qualifications

• High school diploma or HSE with previous medical or billing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of Indiana Navigator certification or ability to obtain.
• General knowledge of health records, HIPAA guidelines, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage medical/immunization records.
• Coordinate off-site clinics and ensure accurate billing information.
• Process insurance claims and post payments; balance ledgers.
• Assist patients with applications for health coverage programs.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide information to the public.
• Maintain confidentiality and stay updated on immunization guidelines.
