Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and state procedures.
• Strong recordkeeping and filing abilities.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate resident fund accounts under cashless system.
• Record all receipts, deposits and withdrawals for each resident account.
• Issue checks for residents and prepare monthly statements.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance receipts for canteen/boutique.
• Enter resident payroll data and reconcile accounting records.
