Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines.
• Exceptional written communication — briefing memos, status reports, executive summaries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a time bound landscape analysis to determine existing work and catchment area for acceleration.
• Establish metrics and goals in consultation with leadership and create detailed project plans with milestones and owners.
• Maintain project timelines, tracking tools, dependencies, and budgets; manage actions and risks.
• Produce regular updates for the Executive Director of PHAL and Associate Dean for Institutional Advancement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners; lead cross-lab working sessions and ensure alignment and execution.
