Job summary

You will ensure compliance, manage budgeting, drawdowns, and payments across grants, contracts, and travel reimbursements, and support program staff and subrecipients.

The role administers grant programs, coordinates RFPs, and submits annual IMLS grant applications and reports. Some travel is required; remote work is not permitted, Charleston, WV base.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting theories, principles, methods, practices and terminology.
• Knowledge of state and federal grant procedures and reports.
• Knowledge of budgeting and accounting in public administration.
• Knowledge of public program development and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in grants administration.
• Administer budgeting, drawdowns, and payments for grants, contracts, and travel reimbursements.
• Coordinate State Grants-in-Aid and IMLS grant activities and reporting.
• Prepare annual grant applications and end-of-year reports for IMLS.
