Job summary

Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Public Funding Coordinator to secure and administer public funding for our real estate development priorities. Required Qualifications

Education, credentials, and experience

• High School diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of experience in public funding administration, grant administration, affordable housing, project coordination, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Experience interpreting funding agreements, regulations, or compliance requirements and coordinating documentation, reporting, and fund disbursements.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines while working with internal and external stakeholders.
