Job summary

You will act as the client-facing lead for deal management, coordinate structures by asset type, collaborate with internal teams, and support business development efforts while ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ related experience, or a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience.
• MBA or JD degree preferred; minimum of 5 years’ related experience.
• GCM deal closing experience and Corporate Trust background.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents; strong legal background.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close transactions where Wilmington Trust serves as Trustee.
• Serve as client-facing centralized deal manager for transactions.
• Meet with clients and attend conferences; assist Sales with business development.
• Coordinate deal structures depending on asset type and liaise with support groups.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as needed.
