The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience (or 7 years combined education/experience). MBA/JD preferred with broader GCM deal closing exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years related experience, or 7 years of combined education/experience.
• MBA or JD degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant GCM deal closing experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close transactions where Wilmington Trust serves as Trustee.
• Serve as client-facing centralized deal manager for internal teams.
• Meet with clients and assist Sales with business development.
• Coordinate deal structures depending on asset type.
• Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
• Maintain internal controls and resolve escalated client issues.
